  • In order to obtain CME credit each meeting registrant must have and be registered under their own account.
  • Credit(s) for this activity will be available to virtual participants as long as sessions are viewed in real time (i.e., viewing recorded sessions at a later date/time does not qualify for credit).

  • Resident Group Rate: A group discount is available for 3 or more persons from the same medical institution who pre-register simultaneously at a rate of $645 (Electronic Syllabus Only) per person.
