Run of the House Guestrooms (Single/Double Occupancy) $439/night
(Upgraded room type based on availability and at the Hotel's discretion)
Ocean View Guestrooms (Single/Double Occupancy) $539/night
Ocean Front Guestrooms (Single/Double Occupancy) $639/night

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel cut-off date is February 28, 2024 Group rates 3 days prior/post – space available basis.

Check-In/Out:  Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM.

Taxes & Fees:  All hotel room rates are subject to state and local taxes (currently 11.56%). The Daily Resort fee is Waived. HPF (Historic Preservation Fund): $15, per room, per night.

Parking:  Complimentary self-parking for group.

Deposit Policy:  Hotel requires one night’s room as a deposit to be charged at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:  Refundable up to three (3) days in advance of Group’s Event date. All room cancellations after this time are subject to penalty.
