Check-In/Out:  Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM.

Taxes:  11.80 %
HPF (Historic Preservation Fund): $15, per room, per night plus applicable taxes.

Resort Fee:  $15.00, per room, per night, plus applicable occupancy taxes, assessment and HPF charge.

Parking:  Complimentary self-parking for group.

Deposit Policy:  Hotel requires one night’s room as a deposit to be charged at time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy:  Refundable up to three (3) days in advance of Group’s Event date. All room cancellations after this time are subject to penalty.

Early Departure Fee:  If a guest checks out prior to reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
